(“Ruixue Global”) and FGM A/S of Denmark (“FGM”) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the localized application and development of Mobile Growing Systems (MGS) in China, marking a new milestone in Sino-European collaboration in modern agriculture.

Ruixue Global is a leading Chinese enterprise dedicated to the advancement of modern facility agriculture, providing integrated solutions across the agricultural value chain, including greenhouse design, equipment integration, local manufacturing, and technical services. FGM, founded in 1979, is a well-established European provider of horticultural automation and cultivation systems, with extensive experience in mobile growing systems, automated production lines, and greenhouse equipment.

Through this partnership, we will combine FGM’s advanced technologies and engineering expertise with Ruixue Global’s strong market presence, localization capabilities, innovations and implementation experience in China. Together, we aim to deliver horticultural equipment and technologies that are faster to deploy, higher in performance, and more cost-effective, while offering pricing structures aligned with local market conditions.
