On May 24, 2024, at 18:00, a celebratory banquet was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Beijing to commemorate the establishment of the joint venture company RuiXue Global & LUMIFORTE, known as LumiRay.

During the banquet, Dr. Ruiqing Huang, the President of RuiXue Global and Chairman of the board of LumiRay, delivered a speech, expressing heartfelt gratitude to all the guests for their support and love towards LumiRay. He also shared the story behind the establishment of LumiRay. Dr. Huang emphasized the arduous nature of the path to localization and stated that in the upcoming years, they will continuously innovate and upgrade to achieve the localization and scaling of environmentally friendly shading and cooling agents. Mr. Shuzhong Wang, former head of the Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Station, recalled the multiple field application trials conducted in the suburbs, with the remarkable cooling effects of ReduSol/ReduClean. Mr. Wang believed that ReduSol/ReduClean is an effective measure to address high temperatures in the facility vegetable industry in Beijing, and he wished the joint venture company to quickly introduce more cost-effective innovative cooling products, achieving a win-win situation for product manufacturers and users.
